Because we really like poultry livers, we tried to make them breaded ... a little differently. Here's what came out ... Something good and tasty .... Easy to make and in a short time.

  • 500 g of chicken liver
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons starch
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • pepper
  • garlic granules
  • salt
  • green parsley

Servings: 8

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes


Break the eggs in a bowl and beat them well, then mix with the other ingredients and season. At the end we add the livers to the composition.

Grease a guguluf form with one and line it with flour.

The oven was preheated to 160 degrees.

Place the composition with the liver in the form and put it in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the eggs are hardened and the livers are cooked.

Serve the liver warm as such or cold with yogurt sauce.
