RECIPE PREPARATION Banana and cinnamon biscuits:
Sprinkle the bananas with lemon juice and mix them with the sugar and oil. In another bowl mix the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Pour the flour mixture over the bananas and mix well. Put coconut on top and incorporate it with a spatula.
The dough obtained will be sticky, so we will form the biscuits with our hands greased with oil. We place the biscuits in a tray, with a certain distance between them because when baking they will grow.
Bake the biscuits in the preheated oven at 190 degrees C, for 16-17 minutes. We let them cool and keep them in a metal bowl.
