RECIPE PREPARATION Strawberry muffins:

Put the dough in molds and bake over medium heat for about 35-40 minutes.


Strawberry muffins

Yes, this is my disease, to make muffins. My husband wants them next to coffee in the morning and it's a very good snack for children. The cup has the same size as a 200ml cup.
If you use frozen strawberries, add them when you take them out of the freezer, leave only as much as you can cut.

Ingredient:
1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs husband
1 vanilla sugar
peel of 1/2 orange, grated
2 1/3 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup strawberries, cut
1/2 cup sour milk

1/4 cup sugar

Mix in a bowl the butter, sugar, salt, eggs, vanilla sugar and orange peel.
Add flour, baking powder, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Add the chopped strawberries, I used frozen strawberries.
Now add the sour milk and mix gently.
Put in muffin tins.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and the rest of the sugar.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.


Muffins With Cream And Strawberries

1. Preheat the oven to 200C. Wallpaper a tray of muffins with baking paper and set aside.

2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar and baking powder.

3. Add the cold butter and mix, using your fingers, until the composition resembles some crumbs.

4. In a bowl, mix sour cream, egg and vanilla.

5. Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and mix with a spatula.

6. Pour the dough evenly into the muffin tray.

7. Place in the oven and bake for 16-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

8. To assemble, cut each cupcake in half horizontally. Cover with a generous piece of whipped cream, fresh strawberries and add the top of the muffin. Serve immediately or cold.

Vanilla muffins with strawberry sauce

Mix the butter with the cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg. Add flour and baking powder and mix.

Grease a muffin tray with butter and line with paper. Fill the papers with dough, up to half and put the tray in the oven until the muffins are nicely browned. It is then allowed to cool.

Strawberries are cleaned of tails and washed, then cut as small as possible. Boil in a saucepan with the sugar, until almost all the juice it leaves decreases. Allow to cool.

After that, take the muffins and take them out of the papers, make a hole in the middle of them, removing the top with a utensil to remove the core of the cakes. Fill the hole with the strawberry sauce and cover with the cork that has been removed (cut a little more from it).

Mix the whipped cream and garnish the muffins with it, and on top, sprinkle the remaining strawberry sauce.


Method of preparation

Prepare the frosting mixture first so that it has time to cool. It can be made in the evening and stored in the refrigerator (it is mandatory to keep it cold). When the muffins have cooled, proceed to the completion of the frosting. Mix the white chocolate mixture for 2 minutes, until it acquires a creamy and dense consistency. Then decorate with posh and decorate according to your imagination.

Steps

Strawberry cream

While the muffins are in the oven, make the strawberry sauce. In a saucepan put chopped strawberries, sugar and lemon juice. Turn the heat to medium and let them boil until they get the consistency of a curdled jam. Let them cool, then mash them with a vertical blender.

Assemble muffins

While the muffins are cooling, prepare the butter cream with Swiss meringue. You can find the recipe above in the description. At the end we will add a teaspoon of strawberry cream, I will add 6 full teaspoons, mixing lightly after each, just until incorporated.
We take a muffin and make an incision in the lid, take a little out of it, so we can put half a length of jam.
Put the Swiss meringue cream in a bowl and decorate the muffins. Put a piece of strawberry on top. Let cool for 30 minutes.
Attention! Swiss meringue cream with butter hardens in the refrigerator. If you want it to be softer, just take it out 10 minutes earlier from the cold. Enjoy!

Leave to cool and serve with a cup of milk, tea, coffee or yogurt.
