I also told you that I immediately fell in love with my new toy, the Breville Blend Active Pro personal blender.
And as love is great, I thought of making something good with it, and this time I thought of making a delicious smoothie with raspberries (I love raspberries: X) and bananas, which will definitely be to your liking. to the little ones. A combination of fruit with yogurt and milk, which can successfully replace the fruit yogurt we find in stores ... and on top of that, it's much healthier!
With this blender you can quickly prepare any drink you like, just add the ingredients, mix for a few seconds and you're done!
- 1 banana
- approx. 70 g fresh or frozen raspberries
- 125 g creamy yogurt
- 100 ml soy milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- raspberries for decoration
Preparation time: less than 15 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Smoothie with raspberries and bananas:
We clean the banana and cut it into slices. Raspberries, if fresh, wash carefully.
Add all the ingredients (banana, raspberry, yogurt, milk and honey) in the mixing bowl, screw the lid on with the blades, then fix the bowl in the Breville Active Pro blender.
Press the start button (hold it down) and mix for a few seconds.
Remove the lid with blades, pour the drink into a glass and garnish with raspberries or leave it in the container and screw the drinking lid. We dress the container in a special cover to keep the drink cold longer and run with the smoothie where we want! :))
Raspberry Smoothie & # 8211 Recipes for refreshing summer smoothies
I discovered smoothies. Yes, I know, and I feel like I've lived in another world. I had made a smoothie with apples and quince at one point and I didn't like it at all. That's because I only put apples and quince in the smoothie. I would find out later that there are some healthy ingredients that make a smoothie a delicious drink to drink every day.
I know that for many of you a simple smoothie recipe may seem trivial, but there are many (as I was) who do not have the courage to try different combinations or who simply do not know how to make a delicious smoothie.
That's how I made a raspberry smoothie today.
Simple and good
As usual lately I have an endless "to do list" on which I can't even cut a position because I add three more new ones.
Today is the last day we should post the recipe for Ama's Secret Challenge that I think you are already used to and that gave us a very suggestive blog this month. delicious.
What I found very interesting is that each letter of the name is the initial of a word suggestive of the message that the blog is trying to convey.
I started by picking 250 g of fresh raspberries from the garden and a bouquet of fresh mint, created (seedling for which I thank my friend Robi) which we wash well under running water.
We put them in the blender together with 500 g of kefir (Müller) and a tablespoon of acacia honey and. the most complicated part follows. we press the button for a few seconds siiii. here's what came out!
The recipe from which I was inspired used creamy yogurt but we being big kefir fans we allowed ourselves another modification through the essential parts, and the result was really DELICIOUS!
Four-color smoothie with blackberries and raspberries
A smoothie is an excellent source of energy when we are on the run and do not feel like eating but rather drinking something. And if it also contains berries, then you have secured the dose of antioxidants for that day.
There are thousands of kinds of smoothies and recipes, but the one we offer you today is really special. And this is due to the form of presentation, because the ingredients are commonplace, the same as for any smoothie.
You can use any kind of berries, not necessarily blackberries and raspberries. The darker the color, the better. To make it easier to work, it is ideal for berries and bananas to be frozen beforehand.
- 150 g mure
- 45 g oatmeal
- 2 bananas
- 250 g yogurt
- 150 ml of milk
- 150 g raspberries
Put the yogurt, milk, babanas and oatmeal in the blender and mix for 1-2 minutes, until you get a homogeneous cream.
Put the fruit in a food processor and mix until it forms a homogeneous paste.
Next, all you have to do is place the smoothie in gradients. Put a few tablespoons of fruit paste on the bottom of a glass.
Add a third of the yogurt and banana mixture over the fruit paste in the blender and mix. Pour a layer of 2 fingers in the glass over the fruit. Add a third of the mixture to the blender and mix again.
You will notice that the more light the color of the mixture, the more yoghurt you put. Repeat the procedure and pour into the glass. In the end, the last layer should be only white, ie with yogurt, milk and banana, without mixing with the fruit.
You can make as many shades of purple as you want, but that means you'll add less yogurt to each mix.

I'm slowly starting to get closer to the culinary area. I don't have big plans, but there comes a time when you want to do some things with your hand. I started this "approach" last year, when Olympus challenged me to cook some recipes for friends using its yogurts as an ingredient. It was a success for me, but especially an exit from the comfort zone. I'm the kind who has on speed dial a pizzeria and a few applications on the phone through which I can easily order food, even from the car, on the way home.
This summer this Olympus did not challenge me to cook again, but rather let me make a series of mixes with Greek yogurt and what other ingredients I wanted to choose. I made a froyo, from my passion for ice cream and a smoothie to energize me on my outings in the park with skateboard-ul.
Raspberry and banana smoothie, step by stepThe ingredients used
First we put the ice
Then Greek yogurt (10% fat)
Add the fruit
We also add honey
Mix everything in a blender
Pour into a glass
Ready to play
About the Greek yogurt Olympus
Olympus has a wide range of Greek yogurt assortments: plain (0%, 2% and 10% fat), with fruit (currants, pomegranate and raspberries, cherries, apple and cinnamon) and cereal biscuits.
The 2% fat yogurt, which I used, is rich in protein and low in carbohydrates, being the perfect pretext for more and more tasty combinations. It can also be eaten as a snack in itself, at any time of the day.
