How to make spaghetti with anchovy sauce
Thinly chop the garlic, chop the parsley and chop the chilli.
Put all three ingredients in a large bowl and add the anchovy sauce and oil.
Meanwhile, prepare the pasta by cooking it in boiling water but without salt.
Drain it al dente, transfer it to the bowl and mix everything.
Bring your spaghetti with anchovy sauce to the table by adding lemon zest.
