How to make diplomatic cream with the thermomix
Whip the cold cream from the fridge for 2 min. at vel. 3 with the butterfly, then set it aside.
In the washed jug, chop the lemon peel with the sugar for 20 sec., Vel. Turbo.
Add all the other ingredients and cook for 7 min. at 80 °, speed 4.
