The dumplings with sausage and chips are another recipe from my facebook group, a very tasty recipe! It is a pizza dough enriched with Parmesan, stuffed with fries, sausage and cheese, all wrapped in a bundle and then baked. If this Saturday you decide to prepare a pizza with your family and you want to add something new, this recipe could be for you. This morning the alarm went off very early and violently, elisa woke up with a scream and a whim probably due to something she was dreaming of, and she literally made us catapult out of bed, I'm at the second coffee but still not carbide. How to make Fagottini with frankfurters and chips

In a large bowl mix the flour with the sugar and the Parmesan

Make a hole in the center and pour the yeast dissolved in the milk at room temperature

Start kneading then add the softened butter and salt

Continue to knead until you get a soft dough

Then make a ball and let it rise for 2 hours in the oven off

Meanwhile, fry the fries and drain the oil halfway through cooking

Now divide the dough into 12 pieces

Roll out each piece of dough into a small pizza. Place a sausage, 5/6 chips and a piece of cheese in the center of each

Close forming a bundle

Place the bundles obtained on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and let them rise in the oven for 1 hour

Brush the wurstel and fagottini with a little milk, then bake at 180 degrees in a pre-heated oven and cook for 20 minutes.

Serve hot
