Hello, today's recipe is a soft base tart filled with mascarpone cream and decorated with a delicate strawberry jelly and is dedicated to all the mothers who follow my blog! The idea of this delicious cake is taken from the fb group, the yogurt base is clear, the mascarpone filling is mine and the covering jelly belongs to another girl (sorry, I don't remember the name) who first brought the recipe for this dessert to the group;)

Today no sweet, we decided to spend a couple of days in Cilento to be able to breathe some fresh air, take Elisa to the beach and taste some new Cilento specialties starting from mozzarella (from Vannulo of course) and warm bread with oil , the ramara 'by Piero Matarazzo, my favorite oil!

How to make a tart with a soft strawberry base
Whip the eggs with sugar at maximum speed, they should be swollen and foamy.
Add the yogurt, vanilla and flour sifted with baking powder.
Whip until a homogeneous mixture is obtained
Pour into the "smart" mold (a tart mold with a slightly fluted base) greased and floured. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool
Meanwhile, prepare the strawberry cream:
Wash the strawberries, remove the stalk and blend them
Then put them in a saucepan with water, cornstarch, sugar and vanilla and mix
Put the mixture on the stove and cook until it has thickened. Once ready, let it cool.
Prepare the mascarpone cream. Melt the white chocolate, once melted, put it in a bowl together with the mascarpone and work until you get a cream
Let's go now to assemble the cake.
Spread the mascarpone cream on the base
Then put the strawberry cream in a syringe for sweets and create small tufts of cream over the entire surface of the cake.
Put the soft strawberry cake in the fridge to rest for an hour before serving
