How to make coconut balls
In a saucepan with the bottom, cook the cream, icing sugar, vanillin and honey over low heat.
Stir occasionally and bring the mixture to a boil.
As soon as it starts to boil, add 250 grams of coconut flour and stirring with a wooden spoon, cook for another 5 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and add 2 teaspoons of rum or a sweet liqueur of your choice.
Allow to cool and then put the mixture in the freezer for half an hour.
Then take the mixture and with wet hands form balls.
In the center of each ball insert an almond
Arrange the remaining coconut flour on a flat plate and roll the coconut balls.
Arrange the coconut balls in the cups and put them in the fridge for another half hour before serving.
PS: I thought about it too late, but you do it ... before inserting the almond in the center of the coconut ball, pass it in a white chocolate ganache (bring the cream to the boil and pour it over the grated chocolate, mix until the chocolate is completely melted and the cream has formed) :)
