To start, wash and cut into cubes, peppers, tomatoes, onions. Cut the garlic very finely. Heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil and cook the meat for 5 minutes, then add the onion, garlic and let it soften. Follow the spices, simmer for 2 minutes and add the raw tomatoes, peppers, canned tomatoes and beans. Let it boil, over low heat, until a thick sauce is formed.

It is a delicious dish and I served it with pita.

Optionally you can add canned chickpeas or corn to the food!
